These Terms and Conditions (the "T&Cs") govern your use of the game you have installed, including the link through which you accessed this page (the "Game"). By downloading, installing, updating, using, or playing the Game, or by clicking "Accept", "Start", or similar buttons (where provided), you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these T&Cs.
Your use of the Game and related services (collectively, the "Services") is also subject to the terms and conditions of the app store (each a "Store") through which you obtained the Services, such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. In the event of a conflict between these T&Cs and the Store's terms, the Store's terms shall prevail to the extent of such conflict, provided such terms are applicable and enforceable under relevant law.
You represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. We reserve the right to request proof of age and guardian consent at any time. If we determine that you are a Minor without valid guardian consent, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services without liability to you.

The Services may offer virtual currencies, in-game items, (collectively, "Virtual Items") that can be purchased with real money or earned through gameplay. The following terms apply to Virtual Items:
You may terminate these T&Cs at any time by uninstalling the Services and ceasing all use. Upon termination, any in-game data, Virtual Items, account information, or progress may be permanently deleted and unrecoverable. We shall have no obligation to retain or provide access to such data after termination.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if:
Upon termination due to your breach of these T&Cs, you forfeit all Virtual Items and access to the Services, and no refunds will be provided. We shall not be liable to you for any suspension or termination of access to the Services, except as required by applicable law.
We may revise these T&Cs from time to time at our sole discretion. For material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated T&Cs on our official website, through the Services, or via email (if you provided contact information). The revised T&Cs will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised T&Cs constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
