- Feedback and Support Information: If you submit inquiries, suggestions, or complaints through in-Game customer support, we may collect your text descriptions, screenshots (if provided), and optional contact information (e.g., email) to address your needs.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device and Technical Information: Includes device model, operating system version (e.g., iOS 18.0, Android 15), advertising identifier (IDFA/AAID), network type (Wi-Fi/4G/5G), device language, and screen resolution. This information is used to adapt the Game to your device, resolve compatibility issues, and ensure service stability.
- Game Usage Data: Includes game progress, level completion status, item inventory, login/logout time, play duration, and interaction records (e.g., feature usage, button clicks). This data helps us optimize gameplay, adjust difficulty, and improve user experience.
- Log Data: In the event of app errors or service exceptions, we may collect log data (via third-party tools) including IP address, error codes, and crash logs. This information is only used to troubleshoot technical issues and will be anonymized after analysis.

We work with trusted third-party service providers to support game operations, analytics, and monetization. These partners may collect the above-mentioned device information, usage data, and advertising identifiers through their SDKs (Software Development Kits). Specific partners are listed in Section 4.1.

- Develop, operate, and maintain the Game to ensure normal operation of core functions (e.g., progress saving, cross-device synchronization).

The Game is provided free of charge, and we rely on advertising revenue to maintain services. We will display non-personalized ads by default; personalized ads (based on your interests) will only be shown if you explicitly consent.

6. Data Security

Generally, personal information will be retained for up to 5 years after you stop using the Game. All in-app purchases must be completed through official platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play Store), and transaction processes, refunds, and dispute resolution are subject to the platform's rules. We do not directly store your payment card information; payment security is protected by the third-party payment platform.

The Game is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will immediately delete it from our servers and terminate relevant services.
